The community health survey results are in! Come help us shape the next steps towards a healthier Central Oregon at one of six community health feedback sessions across the tri-county. We’ll be sharing the results of the recent community health survey and asking for your feedback.

For your participation, you will receive:

  • A catered meal
  • Mileage compensation
  • Childcare
  • $50 VISA gift card – for the first 50 adults (18+ years) registered and in attendance. Families welcome.
