Bend
Bend has seven clinics that offer discounts to seniors. Alpine Vet Clinic, East Bend Animal, and Riverside Animal Hospital offer 10% discounts, while Ark Animal Clinic and Brookswood Animal Hospital offer a 5% senior discount.
High Desert Vet has a financial assistance program. Ask about their in-house fund to see if you qualify for vet bill coverage.
Plateau Vet Services offers $40 wellness exams on Wednesdays to provide preventative care for your furry friend.
La Pine
La Pine Animal Hospital offers a 10% senior discount. Wickiup Animal Hospital offers a 10% Veterans Discount on services (not including supplies). Wickiup Animal Hospital is also one of our partners for our Pet Pals program’s veterinary clinics. On special clinic days, they offer care to the pets of our Meals on Wheels clients.
Madras
In Madras, Cascade East Animal and Madras Animal Clinic both offer 10% discounts.
Prineville
There are two clinics in Prineville that offer senior discounts. Prineville Vet Clinic offers 15% and Hometown Vet Clinic offers 10%.
Sisters
Sisters Vet Clinic offers 10% off for seniors.
Emergency Services
Bend Animal Emergency and Specialist Center offers a 10% senior discount. Bend Veterinary Specialists (VRCCO) – Urgent Care offers a 10% Veterans Discount on services with military ID (does not include supplies).
Pet Pals
Meals on Wheels participants in Bend, La Pine, Sisters, and Madras may also be eligible to join our Pet Pals program, where they receive monthly donations of pet food and supplies, as well as financial assistance with veterinary care through our partnerships with FIXBend and Wickiup Animal Hospital.
