The Entrée Provider Program gives local companies a chance to become involved in the lives of seniors by
providing the meal for one day at the senior center or meal site of your choice. Each contribution of $200 plus
the cost of senior meals on the day you select to make your presentation, will supply the entrée for attending
seniors, and help the Council on Aging by supporting our nutrition programs in general. Entrée sponsors have
helped to provide high quality meals to seniors throughout the Deschutes-Jefferson County area since 2001.
Support from community members allowed us to serve more than meals to 3,647 seniors in our service area
during our last fiscal year.
At this time, we would like to invite you to join us as we provide nutritional services to seniors for the next 12
months by filling out the Entree Provider Form. Simply indicate the level of sponsorship you would like to
initiate and mail or FAX the form to the Council on Aging office. As an official Entrée Program Provider your
generous tax-deductible donation will:
